Payment Plans and policies

We have several payment methods available to ensure ease of payments for students and their guardians. Feel free to contact us directly if you need further clarification.

Payment Plans

Registration fees are non-refundable and tuition fees (under fees section) are payable up front for the academic year. Below is a breakdown of charges related to payment plan:

Charge on payment plan 3% on the amount under the payment plan
Late compliance on payment plan                                 (15 days delay) US $100
Late compliance on payment plan                                  (30 days delay) US $200
 
NB: Post-dated cheques must be given as a guarantee for the various dates agreed upon and if any of the cheques are dishonoured, the whole arrangement will be annulled.
Any student who does not pay the first instalment prior to the start of the programme will forfeit the right to pay by instalments and will be required to pay the annual fee in full.

NB: All fees can be paid into the University’s account either by cash, cheque, bankers draft or bank transfer. 
All payments into the university’s account should state clearly the student name, student ID number, level of study and programme of study.
 

Exchange Rate

 
Students who want to pay in Ghana Cedis should contact the University for the prevailing exchange rate. Currently exchange rate is 4.20 and will be reviewed periodically.
 

Refund Policy

Refund of tuition fees shall be processed in accordance with the University’s policy and dependent on the date of withdrawal from the programme of study. Refund shall be processed to the original payee by the original method it was paid.
