The Lancaster Executive MBA is a two-year part-time programme designed to develop your knowledge, skills and capability, while at the same time allowing you to improve your organisation. In contrast to many part-time programmes which require regular attendance at evenings or weekends, the teaching here is packed into short, intensive modules to help you balance your studies with your other commitments.

The modules are delivered by the same international Faculty in the UK, and all Lancaster campuses, meaning you will be taught by the same faculty if you had studied in the UK, at a fraction of the cost, and without having to leave your job.

The Lancaster Executive MBA programme is designed to build students’ functional knowledge and leadership capability through a combination of taught modules in key management areas interspersed with experiential projects where you apply that knowledge to specific business issues. This approach is complemented by action-oriented coursework assignments that students exercise in their respective workplaces.

Each core module starts with a two-week online course that gives you an initial overview of the subject. This is followed with an intensive face-to-face or online workshop which typically runs from Friday to Sunday, every six to eight weeks.
