Call For Papers: 4th Annual Law Colloquium

Home>News>Call For Papers: 4th Annual Law Colloquium

In the last decade, there have been several developments in the Ghanaian legal space. This has happened on the back of significant developments after oil discovery in 2008. We are looking to discuss these developments by understanding new insights and reveal the structures for enforcement, attempts at consolidation and proposals for reform.

This year’s Colloquium will bring together members of the Bar, the bench and academia to consider the above theme. Contributions are welcome in the following sub-thematic areas:

1. Issues in Constitutional Law and Human Rights
2. Developments in Financial Law, Financial Regulation and Administration
3. Tackling Corruption and Abuse of Political Office
4. Developments in Legal Education & Legal Practice
5. Natural Resource and Environmental Governance
6. Justice Administration
7. Healthcare Law
