The programme has been developed in accordance with the directives issued by the Director of Legal Education and the Ghana School of Law under the Legal Education Act, 2026 (Act 1170). It is designed to prepare eligible LLB graduates for the next stage of their legal education by strengthening their knowledge in core areas of law.
The Pre-Bar Course provides structured academic preparation for graduates intending to pursue professional legal training. It helps participants refresh core legal principles, develop stronger legal reasoning and interpretation skills, as well as prepare for the Law Practice Training.
