The Ready to Scale programme is a flagship initiative of the Lancaster University Ghana Business Innovation Hub, designed to accelerate high-potential student and early-stage ideas into scalable, investable, and sustainable ventures.
The programme bridges the gap between academic innovation and real-world enterprise development, providing aspiring entrepreneurs with structured support to transform concepts into validated business solutions with market traction.
Through an intensive -week immersive experience, shortlisted participants are guided through venture development, mentorship, and hands-on learning. However, the journey does not end there.
Following the bootcamp, participants transition into a structured Residency Phase, where ideas are developed into Minimum Viable Products (MVPs), prototypes are refined, and investor-ready pitch decks are built in preparation for scaling and investment engagement.
