Lancaster University Ghana celebrated its 3rd anniversary in grand style at an exclusive cocktail with various partners, invited guests and staff at Coco Lounge in Accra on 25th October 2016.
Lancaster University and Transnational Education Ghana Limited jointly opened Lancaster University Ghana in October 2013. Since then the number of students has grown from 67 to over 600.
The University’s portfolio of 10 programmes matches the demands of the West African employment market and includes foundation, undergraduate and masters courses. Students come from 25 nationalities, the largest groups being from Ghana and Nigeria.
Lancaster University Ghana also celebrates a 5-year re-accreditation by the National Accreditation Board (NAB) which took effect on 1st September 2016 to. The re-accreditation and the awarding of a certificate of institutional accreditation is a confirmation of LUG’s adherence to best practices regarding the delivery of quality tertiary education in Ghana.
