The first female President of the Chartered Institute of Bankers, Lady Reverend Mrs Patricia Sappor was our Guest Speaker at our EMBA Masterclass with subject ‘Making It To The Top’. This masterclass was designed to give a more practical insight into the module (Finance and Management Accounting) being studied by our EMBA students. 

Lady Rev. Mrs Patricia Sappor is an experienced banker with over 30 years in the industry having worked with Bank for Housing and Construction (BHC) for 11 years and in Ecobank for over 20 years. She is currently the Head of Corporate Communications at Ecobank Ghana Limited. 
 
During the Masterclass Mrs Sappor spoke about her personal and professional journey and the obstacles she faced, and gave tips for making it to the top. She also emphasized the importance of hard work, determination and resilience, and how to overcome adversity. 
 
The masterclass was very useful, not only to the EMBA students but also other aspiring managers as it allowed participants to gain substantial knowledge on steps to take to achieve their goals and how to overcome obstacles along the way.
 
A Reverend Minister of Action Chapel International Lady Rev. Mrs Sappor also has to her credit a Christian book titled ‘The Christian Woman (secrets to enjoying your marriage)’ aimed at guiding couples especially women on how to have a happy and lasting relationship. At the end of the Masterclass Lady Rev. Mrs Sappor gave out copies of her book ‘The Christian Woman’ to all attendees.
