The National Accreditation Board (NAB) has approved another five (5) year institutional re-accreditation term for Lancaster University Ghana to continue its operations as a private tertiary institution in Ghana. 

This was in response to an application made by the university to the Board.The five (5) year term took a retrospective effect from 1st September 2016 to 31st August 2021.  The re-accreditation and the awarding of a certificate of institutional accreditation is a confirmation of LUG’s adherence to best practices regarding the delivery of quality tertiary education in Ghana.
 
The National Accreditation Board sent teams to inspect the school’s facilities, reviewed courses and course materials and interviewed faculty and administration to ensure that the university maintained high-quality academic standards.
 
Lancaster University Ghana in its 3rd year of operation offers a Foundation Programme, BSc. Accounting and Finance, BSc. Business Studies, BSc. Computer Studies, BA Economics and International Relations, LLB Law, BSc Marketing, BSc. Politics, International Relations, BSc. Psychology as well as the Lancaster Executive MBA.
