We caught up with Odinaka two years after graduation, and she had this to say about her time at LUG, and what she has been up to since then:
‘Studying at LUG, on a broader level, taught me to question things and to find useful ways to apply my learning. Currently, I’m working at PwC, one of the big four accounting firms in the world and I’m learning a lot as I get to audit different organizations and learn more about what they do. Although my degree is not directly related to the field I’m working in now field, I’m thriving because Lancaster taught me how to embrace all kinds of challenges. Because of the sense of purpose developed through my time at LUG and the friends and faculty who were a part of that journey, I’m proud of who and what I’ve become and will always remain grateful for those incredible years!’
Odinaka was part of the first graduating cohort of LUG in 2017. She graduated with a BSc (Hons) Economics & International Relations degree, and moved back to Nigeria after graduation.
