Emmanuel Woyome is a Career Coach, Trainer and a certified Human Resource (HR) professional with special interest in Learning & Development, Talent Management, and Employment. His dominant work activities involve teaching, training, coaching, counselling and writing to equip people in their personal and professional development.
During his national service as a Teaching Assistant at the Cape Coast Polytechnic, he encountered many students who needed career guidance. Since then Emmanuel developed a passion for helping people in their career development and has since been committed to that as his mission “equipping people to build careers and businesses to change the world”
He has served as a resource person on career development programmes for hundreds of High Schools, Colleges and University as well as non-profit organisations. Emmanuel led a team of consultants to consult for Camfed Ghana, an international NGO, to implement career guidance programmes in 71 High Schools under the MasterCard Foundation’s Scholars Program in 2014 and 2015.
Emmanuel Woyome has trained and consulted for many organisations in different sectors of the economy. As a certified Senior Professional in Human Resource (SPHRi), he serves as a lecturer for a weekend school of the Cambridge Centre of Excellence at the British Council, Accra, where he facilitates lectures in strategic HR management, HR planning & employment, talent & performance management, compensation and benefits; and employee relations.
Earlier in his career, he worked as the Regional Manager of a national non-profit organisation, and the Programmes Manager for the European Union (EU)-Africa Debate for Learning & Dialogue.
Emmanuel is an autodidact and lifelong learner, always reading and researching for trends in his field of work. He is the Host of Youth Express on Ghana Television (GTV); the author of five (5) books (listed below); and was nominated as Best Author for the Black Entertainment, Film, Fashion & Television Awards (BEFFTA) UK, Art Category.

Emmanuel Woyome loves travelling, sightseeing, and having fruitful discussions with curious minds.
In his new role as the Careers & Internship Placement Coordinator, Emmanuel will be helping students to plan their careers and prepare adequately for employment and entrepreneurship opportunities in the world of work. He believes through the team efforts of lecturers and the Students Affairs & Careers Departments, LUG graduates should be able continue finding employment, starting a business or or gain admission for postgraduate study shortly after graduation.
