Two Master Classes were held throughout the year; one focused on mentoring, whilst the other focused on integral leadership.
The Master Classes aim to give back by providing training on relevant topics to managers who have started heading teams and taking on challenging roles in their careers. Not only is this part of our community outreach work, this also provides a good platform for us to promote our new Global Executive MBA programme to prospective students who are currently working in the sector.
The Master Class is led by our Provost, Professor John Grainger. Participants draws upon his vast business experience. Bringing together large groups of like-minded people with an intense knowledge of business will inevitably result in success. Companies that have benefitted from our Master Class Series include Barclays Bank Ghana Limited, Zenith Bank among others.
