Dr. Shah is Lecturer at the Department of Leadership and Management, Lancaster University Management School. He completed his PhD studies at Lancaster University. Uzair is a Fellow of Academy of Higher Education, and teaches on undergraduate and postgraduate modules at LUMS. In addition, he is also involved in teaching and assessment/exam moderation for University’s International Teaching Partnerships programmes.
His research interests include exploring management education and learning from the perspective of internationalization and use of ICT. He is particularly interested in understanding contextual cultural influences on learning experiences and management educational and leadership practices within international (developing) contexts. His research interests also include studying professional practice as embodied understanding within the context of management and leadership.
