Kingsley Kofi Owusu is a seasoned professional with a distinguished academic background and rich experience in the fields of accounting, finance, and academia. Holding a First-Class Honors BSc in Accounting from the University of Ghana, as well as an MPhil in Accounting, Kingsley is also a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Ghana (ICAG), underscoring his commitment to professional excellence and adherence to industry standards.
With proficiency in a wide array of software tools including Microsoft Suite, SPSS, Stata, Tally, and Sage, Kingsley boasts extensive expertise in financial management. Presently, he serves as a lecturer at Lancaster University, where he imparts his knowledge and experience to aspiring professionals in the field.
In addition to his academic pursuits, Kingsley has provided consultancy services to numerous esteemed organizations, including Mercia Business School, Farmers Alliance Company, Nemchem and Obaatan Pa Women’s Hospital. Kingsley’s teaching acumen is evidenced by his tenure as a Graduate Assistant at the University of Ghana Business School, where he excelled in delivering tutorials and lectures on advanced accounting courses. Over the course of more than five years, he has demonstrated proficiency in teaching a wide range of subjects, encompassing Auditing and Accounting Information System, Corporate and Financial Reporting, Financial Accounting, Management and Cost Accounting, Corporate Financial Strategy, Advanced Financial Management, Investment and Portfolio Management, and Research Techniques in Accounting and Finance.
