Daniel Kwami is the Assistant Learning Developer at Lancaster University Ghana (LUG). He holds an MPhil in English from University of Ghana, Legon and a BEd English from University of Cape Coast. He was a Research Assistant to the School of Languages, University of Ghana, Legon in 2018 where he helped to research into various words in Ghanaian Languages that have European roots and influence. He has taught and examined English Language and Literature in English over the years. He also worked as an editor and project manager for BitLogic Technologies and Swiss Angels Foundation respectively.
Daniel’s role as an Assistant Learning Developer is to help strengthen students’ academic skills, provide guidance and support to students to improve learner skills, support and develop literacy and communication skills for students and delivering the Critical Thinking Module.
Daniel has research interest in Traditional African Oral Traditions, Contemporary Ghanaian Spoken Word Poetry, Popular Culture in Ghana Womanism in African Literature and Equity in Education. He also has love for Creative Writing.
